We are seeking an expert Sales Representative for domestic and international cold calls and messaging. The Sales Rep will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, prospecting new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Utilize a local number, WhatsApp, or dialer to efficiently process a high volume of cold leads.
- Navigate Gatekeepers: Skillfully navigate phone trees and bypass gatekeepers.
- Manage Calendar: Keep the calendar updated with appointments neatly organized.
- Document Calls: Record call details and interactions in Excel.
- Schedule Meetings: Arrange demo meetings with prospects or provide additional information via email.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure lead attendance.
- Email/DM: Re-engage prospects through email or social media DMs.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in telemarketing, cold messaging, or a related role.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with G Suite and Google Meet is preferred.
- Persistence and resilience in reaching decision-makers.
Compensation
- Option 1: $100 base salary + 10% commission on all sales + bonus on target exceeding.
- Option 2: $50 base salary + 20% commission on all sales + bonus.
Note: The base salary and commission structure will start after successfully completing a trial period, which requires securing the first 2 sales.

Job Timings: Flexible 7.5 hours (Evening shift for domestic or Night shift for international).
