We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Lead Generation Expert to join our team. This role requires generating unique, high-quality leads that convert for our digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Generate unique and high-converting leads daily across multiple projects.
- Use tools, databases, and research techniques for data mining and lead extraction.
- Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and progress.
- Cross-check all leads to ensure they meet project-specific criteria.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in lead generation or sales.
- Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas.
- Strong analytical and time-management skills.
- Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in email marketing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of the target market and industry.
